Pole and aerial class is a cross-training class. That is 30 minutes of Pole dancing and 30 minutes of Aerial in one class. While the workshop offers 45 minutes of each. Not valid for the pole fitness classes. Registration required. Must activate by expiration date on voucher; membership expires 120 days from activation date.
